Fiesta Fair 2026 security bond
If AMCC rejects your application, your $50 bond will be refunded in full. If you withdraw, your bond is not refundable because the event is within seven days. Please be sure you can attend before paying.
This policy applies to new applications accepting it from 21 September 2026. For the security bond it takes precedence over the general fee-refund statements below. Existing applications retain their recorded terms. Stall-fee and donation terms remain unchanged.

AMCC Credit
AMCC may place credit on an AMCC account, for example as a goodwill gesture or where an overpayment is kept on the account by agreement. AMCC Credit can only be used towards eligible AMCC payments. It cannot be exchanged for cash, withdrawn, paid out or transferred to another person or account. Each credit expires six months after the date it is issued. Credit that expires soonest is used first. AMCC Credit cannot be used to pay a security bond or to make a donation.
Where a payment that used AMCC Credit is refunded, the credit part is returned to the account first and keeps its original expiry date; it is not paid out. Where a payment made by bank transfer or another manual method is refunded, the refund is issued as AMCC Credit rather than as cash or a bank transfer.
