We may disclose your information to:
Venue operators / local councils for stall coordination

Payment processors (e.g., Stripe, bank) for transactions

We never sell or rent your personal information.
Security & Retention
We use SSL encryption, restricted access, and secure servers. Only authorised AMCC staff handling events/sponsorships can access your data.
Stall booking records and sponsorship agreements are retained for 7 years for legal/accounting purposes, then securely destroyed.
Event photos may be used for promotion; you may opt out by informing our team.
Cookies, analytics and advertising measurement
AMCC uses essential cookies and similar storage to keep the website secure, remember choices and support forms and payments. These essential functions work regardless of your optional cookie choices.
If you allow analytics, AMCC uses Google Analytics, managed through Google Tag Manager, to understand visits and measure completed actions such as ticket purchases, donations and enquiries. If you separately allow advertising measurement, AMCC may use the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pixel and TikTok Pixel to measure the results of AMCC promotions. Optional measurement is off until you choose to allow it.
Depending on your choices, these providers may receive technical information such as device and browser information, IP addresses processed by the provider, cookie identifiers, a limited page category, campaign labels and the type and value of a completed action. This information is not necessarily anonymous. Providers may process information outside Australia under their own privacy policies.
AMCC does not intentionally send your name, email address, phone number, form answers, messages, uploaded documents, health information, passwords, payment-card details or private access links through these measurement tools. We limit measurement information and exclude private and sensitive areas from advertising measurement.
You can accept or decline optional measurement, choose analytics and advertising separately, and change your choice at any time using “Cookie preferences” in the website footer. Declining optional measurement does not prevent you from browsing, contacting AMCC, applying, buying tickets or donating. Changing your choice stops future optional measurement on this website; it does not automatically remove information already received by a provider. You can also manage cookies in your browser and privacy settings with Google, Meta and TikTok.
For privacy questions or requests, contact AMCC using the details on our Contact page.
Access & Correction
If you are a stallholder or sponsor, you can request access to your information. Contact our Privacy Officer. We'll respond within a reasonable time and correct any inaccuracies.
Policy Updates
We may update this policy. The latest version is always on our website. Material changes will be notified to active stallholders and sponsors via email.
Privacy Questions?

AMCC Live Assistant
Our website has the AMCC Live Assistant, an automated (AI-assisted) assistant that answers general questions about AMCC, our events, tickets, vendor stalls, sponsorship, volunteering, donations and community programs. It answers only from information AMCC has published or approved, and it can make mistakes. Please contact AMCC if you need confirmation of anything important.
What happens to your question
When you ask a question, it is sent, together with the relevant published AMCC information, to our AI service provider, Cloudflare (Cloudflare Workers AI), to produce the answer. Cloudflare may process it outside Australia. Under its published terms, Cloudflare does not use this content to train AI models.
AMCC keeps the text of your question for up to 30 days, with a note of which website information was used and the outcome, so we can keep the assistant secure and reliable, fix problems and improve our answers. Only authorised AMCC staff can see it. We do not record your name, AMCC account or IP address with your question. If a question appears to contain personal details such as an email address, phone number, card number or code, the assistant does not answer it and AMCC does not keep its text. Like any website, our servers also keep standard technical logs (such as IP address, time and page requested), which do not include what you typed; to prevent misuse, usage limits are counted using a scrambled form of your IP address that is deleted within 24 hours.
Please do not enter
Passwords, one-time codes, payment card or bank details, identity documents, health information, or any other sensitive or confidential information. For a private enquiry, please use our Contact page.
What the assistant cannot do
The assistant gives general information only. It cannot see your account, applications, tickets, bookings or payments, and it does not confirm payments or make decisions about applications, bookings, refunds or payments. Those are handled by AMCC staff and our payment systems. Using the assistant does not send an enquiry to AMCC.
Improving our general answers
AMCC may review enquiries we have received (for example by message or email) to identify questions people commonly ask, so we can prepare general answers. Answers published for the assistant contain general information only, never names or other personal details, and are checked and approved by AMCC staff before use.
To ask about, access or correct personal information relating to the Live Assistant, contact our Privacy Officer using the details on our Contact page.
