STALL HOLDERS
Stall Booking Info
  • Business / organisation name, ABN, contact details
  • Type of products/services, insurance details
  • Stall requirements (power, size, accessibility)
  • Bank details for fee payments / refunds
  • Photos of stall/event (with consent)
Sponsorship Info
  • Organisation name, representative, position
  • Billing address, GST, sponsorship level
  • Logo, branding materials for acknowledgment
  • Sponsorship agreement records
  • Dietary requirements (if attending events)
General Enquiries

Name, email, phone (when subscribing, contacting)

Community Members

How We Use Information

For Stall Bookings

Process bookings, allocate sites, communicate event logistics, coordinate with vendors, and ensure safety. With consent, we may list your stall in event programs or on our website.

For Sponsors

Administer sponsorship agreements, display logos on banners/website, issue invoices, send networking invites, and improve sponsor experience.

Marketing: With your consent, we may send newsletters and event updates. You can opt out anytime.

When We Share Information

Security & Retention

We use SSL encryption, restricted access, and secure servers. Only authorised AMCC staff handling events/sponsorships can access your data.

Stall booking records and sponsorship agreements are retained for 7 years for legal/accounting purposes, then securely destroyed.

Event photos may be used for promotion; you may opt out by informing our team.
