The security bond is refundable provided you leave the area clean and adhere to all terms and conditions.
Important Terms & Conditions:
- You must set up your stall by 10:30 AM and cannot close before 8:00 PM
- Vehicles must be moved out of event area by 10:30 AM
- No parking near your stall - penalty of $390 applies
- Vehicles cannot return until 45 minutes after event ends (8:00 PM)
- You must keep your allocated area clean throughout the event
- Final clean-up must be completed within one hour after event ends
- AMCC reserves the right to reallocate your stall location
- No trading after 8:00 PM on event days
- All food must be Halal certified (if applicable)
- Public liability insurance required for food stalls and rides
- Valid food handling certificate required for food items
- Council food trade registration/SOT required
- If using marquee, you must use weights (pegs not allowed)
- You must bring your own tables and chairs
- AMCC does not provide exclusive stalls - similar items may be sold by others
- No refunds if event is cancelled due to weather or government orders
- Bond will be refunded within 30 days after event concludes
- Full payment must be made within 3 days of acceptance
Bond Refund Conditions:
- Only vendors who attend the event can claim bond refund
- Area must be left clean (5m front, 3m back of your stall)
- No damage to property
- All rules and regulations followed
- Respectful behavior towards visitors and other vendors
